Some of the benchmarks we will be testing this thing with maybe classified as… overkill. However I think this will give us a good grasp on what type of performance we are looking to get out of this specific system. I do not expect this thing to do VERY well. However. I suspect that it will not do bad either.
Benchmarks I want to run are going to include:
- Super Pi 1m/8m
- Cinebench R10
- Cinebench R11
- 3dMark01 SE
- 3dMark06
- PCMark 05
As we run through the different benchmarks we will be comparing it against an Intel Pentium E5200. I am running against this because this is one of the slowest machines that I can possibly find. It has an Intel G41 Express Chipset with a built in video card. I also feel that this is going to be similar to what a zbox would possibly replace.
Specifications are the following.
CPU: Intel Pentium E5200 @ 2.5GHz
Chipset: Intel G41 w/ Integrated Graphics
Memory: 2GB (1 x 2GB stick)
Hard Drive: 250GB 2.5in SATA
Cooler: Genuine Intel E5200 Cooler
