Thermaltake Element G gaming case

8.6 Overall Score
Build Quality: 8/10
Layout: 9/10
Price: 9/10

Excellent cabling and all black look.

Build quality could be a tad better considering other cases in this price point.

The installation of components is simple. The available cable management solution allows for quick and clean installation/wiring. For reference, the installation of the components shown, along with the wire management took 45 minutes. With more time and patience, a much cleaner wiring job is not a problem. The Element G is a mid tower case that has no problem accepting a 4870X2 or GTX 295. One issue we did run into is the use of certain aftermarket cooling solutions. The Arctic Cooling Accelero Xtreme 4870X2 cooler is almost too long for this case. We had to wiggle it into position in order to get it to fit.

That about wraps it up for an up close and personal look as well as installation of components in the Element G mid tower case from Thermaltake. Next up are the results from some CPU and GPU testing with the hardware we used for this setup.
