I’m not an expert at a majority of this stuff. Normally for water cooling I go with flexible tubing, but this time, I wanted to try rigid tubing. So please understand, this is my absolute FIRST attempt at rigid.

My system specifications are:

Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Gaming 7
Intel i7-8700k (Now 8086k)
G.Skill 32GB DDR4-3600
nVidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition
Mellanox 2 x 10G Adapter
EK Water Block CPU, GPU Blocks, 2 x 280 Xtreme Radiators
3 x BD-ROM’s (Support UltraHD)
Corsair HX1200i
Corsaid Obsidian 750D Case

You can see the coolant is was no longer, like it was. The color has broken down a bit, and its more transparent than Opaque. This was the Primochill VUE Razer Red, after about 6-8 months of usage. Now at this point I am not really running into any issues with cooling, CPU sits around 50c full load, and GPU sits around 30-33C full load. Ambient temperature in the house is roughly about 76F during the summer.

So when I see this, I am like, “MEH… Lets change the colors of things..”. I went and ordered up another bottle of Vue Cobalt from their website. Few days later I have a bottle!

With a Bottle in hand, we can take apart the rig and inspect it.
