We just received the Motorola Moto X 2nd edition (2014) Pure Edition.  We are so excited to see manufacturers starting to release phones with un….. hindered ROM’s.  I think we’ve all bought phones from vendors, and have always seen Verizon, or AT&T Software installed all over it, from the phone app, to the messenger app.  It’s always caused me to avoid Android phones because of all of the unnecessary apps that they put on them.  It wasn’t until recently that I decided I needed a change from my iPhone. So I decided to look at the Nexus line.  It was so pure, and had none of the bloatware on it.  It was the first time that I personally found Android to be useable.  I know your saying, “But you can customize it easy.”  Here’s the thing:  I do not like to tinker with my phone.  I want to throw my pictures, music, and videos and have it just work.

Now let see if Motorola has done a good job on the second generation of their Moto X.
