did anyone else notice, they didn't get the trademark until july 2006. I could be wrong and don't care enough to check but I seem to remember Intel using the term dual core well before mid 2006.

Hadn't Intel already release the Core Duo by july 06 and named the C2D? Sounds like a load to me.

July 25, 2006...just two days before Intel officially launched the Core 2 Duo.
This company trademarked "DualCor," but are suing Intel over the usage of "dual core." They're two different names, like how 'A' and 'a' are two different variables when programming.
Things like this have happened before: link
This is bull.

DualCor actually filed the application for trademark in 2004...but didn't get them until 2006.
but seriously though, this is pretty idiotic. Maybe DualCor should also go around and sue every company that has "Dual" in their name or advertisement.
